Emergency Supply Request
Our emergency resource bags are tailored by age group. Within each bag we try to provide the basic needs for each new child placed in your home and we bring the supplies to you!
Criteria for Emergency Resource Supplies
- Emergency removal from service area
- Child arrives to home with limited, or no items
- Placement has occurred within 4 hours of call
Requests are recommended to be called in by placing worker from CPA, or Caseworker.
